Call for Proposals

Apart from the regular programs, NCTS also invite application and proposal for the following academic activities.
 
1. NCTS Topic Program: The purpose of NCTS topic program is to promote the development of research, to encourage collaboration, and to foster the generation of new ideas and initiatives for breakthrough.  Supported program may be a week long workshop focused on an advanced topic, or a well-developed program spanning a few weeks and covers a number of central and related subjects of the field. Interested parties please submit a proposal to the director office of the center. (Use Form 301 for application)
 
2. Rapid Response Workshop: The purpose of the rapid response workshop is to respond actively and quickly to any sudden important development of the field. Rapid response workshop can be initiated by motivated researchers with a brief proposal sent directly to the director office of the center. (Use Form 302 for application)
 
3. Domestic Visitor Program: domestic researchers are welcome to visit the Center to interact with the resident scientists. Long term stays, such as spending one's sabbatical leave or winter or summer breaks, are particularly welcome. (Use Form 303 for application)
 
4. Nurturing Program: In addition to existing research field, NCTS is eager to promote the growth of new d eveloping research fields as well aspromising young scientists in the community. More details can be found in Nurturing Program.
