*NCTS will arrange accommodation for the invited speakers and members of the organizing committee to stay at NTHU Guest House 1st as listed in Part I. For the participants, please reserve and pay for the hotel rooms by yourselves. You may refer to Part II for the details of several hotels recommended.

For those who have received an approval of the financial support sent by NCTS, please ask the reception desks to list your name as the lodger and to stamp on the receipt instead (NO need for the title and tax ID/VAT number) if you will stay at NTHU dormitory Ching or guest house on campus. If you will stay off-campus of NTHU, please ask the hotel to state the name of our institute: 國立清華大學 and our tax ID/VAT number: 46804804 on the hotel receipt for the reimbursement.
